Aloha from Hawaii.
My husband and I want to visit in late May for several days; have been checking out Chatham Bars Inn.
Can anyone tell me if this is the nicest place to stay in the area…and about the accessibility (driving) to other places around Cape Cod, Nantucket etc.??

Chatham Bars is world class. Wonderful views, very good food. The entire Cape is very accessible as you are at mid-Cape. The Town of Chatham is the most beautiful as well. The Islands are also accessible as well, by ferry or commuter plane. Flights out of Hyannis are inexpensive and leave I think every hour or so. The ferry is out of Woods Hole. From Chatham Woods Hole is about a 1 hour drive. Hyannis is approx. 1/2 hour. I lived in Chatham for a year and now live in a different part of the Cape.
